4.2 Prohibited Use

5. Limitations & Risks

While AlertyFast strives for high availability, no guarantee is made for 100% message delivery or uninterrupted platform access.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 User Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain valid recipient consent.
• Monitor messaging frequency and correct any abusive behavior.

6.2 AlertyFast Responsibilities

• Provide stable platform access and reasonable support.
• Notify users of significant service changes or incidents.

7. Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from your contacts.

8. Changes to Terms

AlertyFast reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the Platform and take effect 15 days after posting.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while your account is active. AlertyFast may suspend or terminate service for any user violating these terms.
